We have discussed adoption in the future through the foster care system. It scares me to death. (Like you said, knowing how they got to where they are.) It breaks me heart. Knowing some of the hell that they lived through, I can only imagine what you must have read in that bulletin, and I know how truly heartbreaking it is that parents can do that to innocent little lives.
